Mr. Vishwanand Keshri, (Membership No.: 505508) qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2005 has more than 15 years of experience in Statutory Audits, Internal Audits, Preparation of Ind-AS/IFRS compliant financial statements, domestic and international taxation, transfer pricing and representation before tax authorities under Direct and Indirect tax matters, Corporate laws and other economic legislative matters, Business structuring and restructuring, and valuation of business and financial instrument and advise and consultancy under insolvency laws.

Mr. Deepak Kumar Thakkar, (Membership No.: 097102) qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1999 has more than 22 years of experience in Statutory Audits, Internal Audits, Conversion of financial statements into Ind-AS/IFRS compliant financial statements, domestic and international taxation, transfer pricing and representation before tax authorities under Direct and Indirect tax matters, Corporate laws and other economic legislative matters, Debts restructuring and debt syndication. He is also certified in IFRS, Information System Audit and Forensic Accounting and Fraud Detection from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
